Human-Robot Synergy Workshop
ROBOT@CWE sponsors the IEEE RO-MAN Workshop on Human-Robot Synergy
ROBOT@CWE sponsors the IEEE RO-MAN Workshop on Human-Robot Synergy that will be hold by September 28, 2009 at Toyama, Japan.
The workshop is dedicated to highlight paths that have been undertaken and future challenges toward robotic-human synergies including tele-symbiosis and recently advanced telepresence concepts, humanoids and physical human-robot interaction. Advances in information systems and communication technologies, virtual reality techniques, ambient intelligence, cognitive science, nanotechnologies… brought a renewal in the way robot can assist in a good synergy the human operator. The purpose of this workshop is to provide research promising horizons, hints and directions to define the way synergy could be reached to improve robot quality of service and robot personalization.
